Vintage “Henry’s” Butterscotch Bakelite & Stainless Steel Blade Fillet Knives Set of 6
These knives date from the 1930’s to 1940’s and are considered “fillet” knives. Used for fish and other edibles that need a fine precision cut. They are marked with “Henry’s Stainless” on the blade as well.
