My grandmother was born in Germany and brought back many wonderful things. She was in an area of the Black Forest near Musbach. These are for beer or shot glasses. The actual Spicket has a crack, and I don’t think was ever meant to be used. We’ve always had it just as a decoration. These were also handmade.
