The extruder roller works well with a crank arm that snugly fits. 9 thickness settings from paper-thin 1/30″ to 1/5″ provides the possibilities to create great varieties of pasta. 3 main pasta width options. The 6″ wide dough sheets for lasagna and shaped pasta; 1/4″ mode for wide fettuccine; 1/12″ for thick spaghetti.

For the first time use:
Clean it with a dry cloth to remove any excess oil. Cleaning the rollers by passing through a small quantity of dough, then throwing it away.
