Needs a good cleaning, marks are visible from where it was just wiped down and not cleaned with proper silver cleaning stuff. 

One of the “feet” on the kettle broke but will be included. If this is just meant to be a decorative piece, repairs can be made. The lid of the kettle does not full close, something may be slightly bent on the hinge, likely repairable.
